Vedika, What kind of pigmentation do you have? Have you got any success by following this.. I suffer from pigmentation as well. I have developed dark patches on my cheeks and neck… I had taken some cosmetic treatment for the same, it seemed to reduce but since I have stopped it it seems to have grown more than it was.. so i guess I will go with pranayam for some time and see if it really works…I guess my pigmentation developed due to me being over weight as well. could someone plz help and tell me if they know that the prayanam will help with my acne as its so annoying! i have started doing it now, also i have cut out junk foods, white sugar etc, even bread and yeast.only drinking water and herbal teas. i have noticed drinking the water irself has helped abit but im hoping the kapalbhatti and anulom vilom will get rid of the acne.
