could someone plz …
could someone plz help and tell me if they know that the prayanam will help with my acne as its so annoying! i have started doing it now, also i have cut out junk foods, white sugar etc, even bread and yeast.only drinking water and herbal teas. i have noticed drinking the water irself has helped abit but im hoping the kapalbhatti and anulom vilom will get rid of the acne.

Vedika, What kind …
Vedika, What kind of pigmentation do you have? Have you got any success by following this.. I suffer from pigmentation as well. I have developed dark patches on my cheeks and neck… I had taken some cosmetic treatment for the same, it seemed to reduce but since I have stopped it it seems to have grown more than it was.. so i guess I will go with pranayam for some time and see if it really works…I guess my pigmentation developed due to me being over weight as well. Please do share.
